Atlas of the 💖 Ch 4

This playlist is based on Chapter 4 of Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown, subtitled Places We Go When It’s Beyond Us. These emotions include awe, wonder, confusion, curiosity, interest and surprise. I hope that you may experience some of these emotions while listening!

A fun exercise to try:

Pick a location literally beyond you which you have never visited that you’re curious about. Drawn upon this interest and search online for photos and video of this place. Do any of them spark a sense of awe and wonder? Find music from that area and listen as you visualize yourself walking into pictures or video you chose. Music from non-familiar places may sometimes surprise or even confuse us, but it’s a fun exercise in connection (plus, it’s great for your brain too!)
