Music makes me feel less alone in the mess

-Brené Brown

Music can benefit us all in many ways. Even if you “can’t carry a tune in a bucket,” you have the power to use music to increase connection with history and those around you, change your mood, take a mental time travel trip, and process/express emotion. Chances are you have MILLIONS (if not billions) of songs in the palm of your hand! Simply listening to recorded music, or sharing it with a loved one, can be powerful in many ways when approached with intention.

We are passionate about empowering clients to explore these strategies in self care through 1:1 sessions and workshops. Services are available via Zoom, and in person in the Upstate, SC area. Tidbit tips are shared often on our Instagram page, and in our Facebook group.

Recent workshops include:

  • Rock Your Breath with Rhythm: an hour long workshop with HealthRhythms and gentle breathwork at the LEAF Global Arts Retreat

  • Tune Up Your Self Talk: an online, 6 week workshop focusing on using music to nurture positive self talk and build self care practices

  • Face Your Fears: a music & yoga workshop for kids ages 5-10 and their grown ups at Yogalicious

  • No Holi-Drama: a music & yoga workshop for adults at Yogalicious
